I’m trying to set up an automated DM based on a comment on a post. Seems like this should be straightforward, but it doesn’t seem to work. I started this using the Auto-DM links from comments card on the homepage. I’ve set the automation to reply to a comment whenever someone comments Love. Then, it should send them an opening DM, ask for their email, and send them a link to a PDF. 

When I comment Love on the post though I don’t get a reply on the comment. I do get the opening DM, but when I click the send me the link button it seems to refresh the page, but doesn’t follow-up with the subsequent message that asks for my email address. 

I’ve tested setting this up on a number of different posts and also having it work on all posts or reels and I get the same issue. I’ve also gone through steps the AI chatbot gave me to ensure that permissions are set up correctly and refreshed permissions. I’d appreciate any help folks can offer. Also, even though I’ve triggered this automation a number of times trying to test it, the key metrics on the Manychat backend don’t show anything. Thanks!
