When we setup trigger for all posts we are unable to activate it. But when we select specific post the trigger is properly working. We are on Pro Plan.

I suggest opening the automation. Once it’s open, check the triggers and try activating them manually to see if any specific error message appears. Alternatively, you can delete the trigger and add it again in case there's an issue.
