What are the numbers tracking? I have a lead gen that is ONLY accessible through organic social posts, using ManyChat. I’ve added a screenshot of ManyChat analytics and a screenshot of my Klaviyo list growth for the same period.
Is the 2817 total views/impressions? What is 65.5% and what is 5%? These numbers don’t make sense at all. I’d appreciate some clarity.
The columns are Sent / Open Rate / CTR. 2,817 = times the trigger fired (every keyword-matching comment, including repeat commenters and already-subscribed users). 65.5% = open rate on the DM. 5% = CTR on the first step.
Your 953 landing page subs is narrower, only counts users who completed the opt-in, so trigger fires from people who were already subscribed, or whose DM failed to deliver (outside Meta's 24hr window, past opt-outs, etc.) won't show up there. That gap is normal.
