Hi, @olavana!

Manychat is rolling out new Free plans and pricing models for some regions. It seems that this is for you.

Here you find more information about limits and restrictions for your Free Plan = https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/25800197498652-Free-plan

For the questions about the 25 contacts. The limit is for 25 ACTIVE contacts per month (every billing cycle).

It means that you can have as many contacts saved to your Free account as you wish, but automations may stop right after that number is reached.

Here are more information about the Contacts for the new price model = https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/25800323349020-Active-Contacts

Hope this helps!

Hi Fabio - thanks for the reply. This is very frustrating as my friends ended up using most of my contacts just on standard dms. this seems like a flawed way to count customers?

I can understand your frustration…

It seems that the new Free plan aims much more to only work as some kind of “test” or a way to build the flows you need before upgrading to any of the paid plans.
