Hello everyone,

I signed up for the ManyChat Free Trial expecting that no charges would be made until the trial ended and I confirmed my subscription. However, my card was already charged even though I’m still within the trial period and haven’t agreed to continue.

Has anyone else experienced this? How did you resolve it? I’ve already reached out to support requesting a refund, but I’d really appreciate hearing if others went through the same situation.
