I would love to start a "say hi to new followers" Automation in Manychat
Sadly I get the "unknown error" text on my Mobile Phone Manychat App, aswell as when I try it on the desktop Website with "couldn't create Automation"
I have the free plan and would just love to use this simple Automation before paying
I re-connected my Instagram with my Facebook Business Account and it should be perfectly fine, but sadly its not working since days.…

I am facing the same problem. I have upgraded plant to pro but have no luck. I was able to set up “Auto-DM links from comments” automation which works fine.
Its so frustrating to not find support for this issue. I tried refreshing my account permissions and clearing out session cache and cookies but nothing seems to help much.

Have you tried to clean your browser’s cache? Sometimes it could be the issue on these situations. 🙂
