Hello. I was trying to start an automation to welcome new followers and it keeps giving me an update instagram permissions message. I refreshed permissions but it didn’t help. Anyone know why? Thanks!!
Unknown error message when going to publish
Try disconnecting your Instagram account in Settings and reconnecting it, then try to refresh your permissions here: https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/14281464342684-Refresh-permissions
I have the same problem & refreshing permissions did not help. I suddenly can no longer create comment DM replies.
Since March 17, the Follow to DM feature has been working inconsistently. Some users may notice that messages are either not delivered at all or are sent with an unexpected delay after gaining new followers.
We’ve investigated this thoroughly, and, after checking directly with Meta, they confirmed this is a bug. They are actively working on a fix, but at the moment, there’s no ETA for resolution.
