Unread messages are being marked as read… need help!

So I am having unread messages be marked as read or seen when I haven’t touched them. Been an ongoing issue for a few weeks. I have already tried refreshing permissions

Hi, @Kade.Anderson18. I would recommend opening a ticket to Manychat's support team at https://help.manychat.com/

 

They will be able to look further into this.
