unsubscribe from bot flow appears in my automations

Why has this turned up in my automations? i never created it

This seems to be the standard unsubscribe automation. Meta demands something like this to exist to allow users to opt-out from any number that's sending messages via its official API.

 

You can edit it, but the trigger “stop” and “unsubscribe” is default.
