Unsupported message type

Hello, we have received a couple of messages via Whatsapp marked as Unsupported message type, no more information is provided. 

Can someone help us to tell us what's not supported? any idea to check it out?

Hey ​@sergiobellon these are usually stickers sent by the user that are not shown correctly in Manychat.

If you’re using WhatsApp API there’s no way to see what the person send you unfortunately.

If you’re using IG or Messenger you can check the conversation in Meta.
