Update on Comment Conversions?

Hi Joshua! AMEN to that! I don’t even understand why this was not an immediate priority for Manychat :( We are like a billion creators waiting for this to happen :-) 

First the comment automation and then clickable links and button in DM please! 

I know we were able to send images starting April 16th but that’s of absolutely no use for me lol

We know this is one of the top priorities for our users, and we are working very closely with TikTok team to make it happen. Unfortunately, this is not available in TikTok API right now, but coming very soon :)

​@Natalie Evseyeva I just took a one-month membership with NapoleonCat. They have an auto-moderation function where I can program an automatic reply to anyone who comments a specific keyword under my Tiktok videos. They seem to be competing directly with you, but they integrated Tiktok recently, a couple of months ago. Thanks to this, I’ve made record sales this weekend in my business... Surely if NapoleonCat is able to do this, Manychat can to? Even just answering a comment automatically under a video to guide the viewer somewhere in my opinion is better than focusing on figuring out Manychat’s DMs right now - but hey, that’s just my opinion :)

@JoshuaLewthwaite In case you want to check out NapoleonCat; they also have automatic comment replies to viewers that comment under Youtube videos and shorts so of course I took advantage of that too. It’s under the Expert plan. Of course, as soon as Manychat figures this out, I’m cancelling NapoleonCat and coming back here.
