After the Trial period you automatically switch to PRO. You can verify it at the “blue tag” that appears on the account image:

But if some functionality isn't working, you can open a ticket to Manychat's support team take a look at it: How to get support from Manychat – Manychat Help

thanks for your answer, so i have to wait until the trial version ends, to get the fully functions of the pro version ?

This or you can open a ticket to Manychat's Support Team asking to end your Trial period and already start with PRO.
