I am unable to upgrade my manychat from the current pack to Business… please help.. when i press get business it just refers me to the main dashboard..

According to your screenshot, your Manychat account is linked to the old pricing model. To switch to the new pricing model, please contact support and they will provide instructions on how to proceed.
