It is not working for 6 days now. PLease someone help me. 😭 It says “channel permission lost” but then when I check it it says “already connected”… An it goes in the loop… her yo can see:  https://s3.ezgif.com/tmp/ezgif-3448ad5bf396cc.gif

I am desperate… I'm not a stupid person, but I'm really at my wits end now. I've been using manychat for a few months and suddenly I can't access it. The problem is that the verification that I had to go through several times before and it worked, now doesn't work. I am trying to make it work for 4 hours now and I really do not know what to do...

So I am sending a video and I am begging you to help me, please.

I don`t think I do something wrong, because I do stuff I did before and there was no problem.

  • When I am trying to connect it to Facebook (I wanter to try something else, another process...) , the code to my phone (or WhatsApp) never comes (but when I am trying to Sign in to facebook outside of MAnyChat, it works and the code it`s sent)... 
  • Also from mobile it is not working, everytime I click on "Refresh Permissions" it says "FAcebook is not available in this browser – choose open it on Safari or Chrome" after I click on Safari it opens App Store and says "can`t connect". But I have Facebook app and no problems with Safari or Chrome browser at all. I tried everything.... At least everything I could.
