Urgent: Billing Glitch – Switching to Annual instead of Monthly Pro Plan

Hi Manychat Community / Support Team, 

I am reaching out for help with a recurring billing issue on my account. My Pro trial has just ended, and I am trying to subscribe to the Monthly Pro plan!

Every time I select the "Monthly" option and proceed to checkout, the system automatically switches it back to the "Annual" model. I have tried this over 10 times, but the payment attempt always shows the full annual amount, which I have to decline each time.

Has anyone else experienced this "forced annual" bug? I simply want to proceed with the standard monthly billing.

I have already tried:

  • Selecting the monthly toggle multiple times.
  • Clearing my browser cookies and trying a different device.
  • Double-checking that I haven't accidentally enabled any annual-only add-ons.

If a member of the Manychat Support Team could look into why my account is stuck on this annual loop, I would greatly appreciate it. I want to keep using the Pro features but only on a month-to-month basis.

It seems like there could be some unexpected behavior in the checkout interface of your account... Since you have already tried clearing your cookies and switching devices without success, the best course of action is to have Manychat's support team investigate what is preventing the monthly plan selection on your account.

 

In this case, the only way is to open a ticket for the support team to check this: https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/14281086345244-How-to-get-support-from-Manychat
