Hi Manychat Community / Support Team,
I am reaching out for help with a recurring billing issue on my account. My Pro trial has just ended, and I am trying to subscribe to the Monthly Pro plan!
Every time I select the "Monthly" option and proceed to checkout, the system automatically switches it back to the "Annual" model. I have tried this over 10 times, but the payment attempt always shows the full annual amount, which I have to decline each time.
Has anyone else experienced this "forced annual" bug? I simply want to proceed with the standard monthly billing.
I have already tried:
- Selecting the monthly toggle multiple times.
- Clearing my browser cookies and trying a different device.
- Double-checking that I haven't accidentally enabled any annual-only add-ons.
If a member of the Manychat Support Team could look into why my account is stuck on this annual loop, I would greatly appreciate it. I want to keep using the Pro features but only on a month-to-month basis.
