URGENT: Buttons Not Working On Messenger

Buttons are not working on messenger, and havent been for the past 3-4 hours. Buttons still appear, but when a users clicks the button, the automations behind them do not fire. This has gone from working perfectly → not working at all.

This is occuring over multiple accounts + for my collegues too on accounts im not linked to. I have tried all the troubleshooting steps and its still not working. I submitted a critical ticket 2 hours ago but still havent recieved any word back. The manychat status page doesnt indicate this issue is know.

Can this please be flagged and fixed ASAP. It is critially impacting my business

Suffering the same problem too, the button automation is not working for me too. What happens is that it just sends the text but the next step/flow is not continuing

im having the same bad expirience in instagram. My menu buttons stopped working, after click they stop the flow. Already tried everything, refresshing the permistions ..etc

Hi! I solved my problem. You need to call support on Meta. They are changing a lot of things, maybe it will be soon normalized. In the metabusiness suite, search for a chat icon and explain your situation, including manychat handover protocol issue. :)
