The data collection block for receiving files and images and saving the link to a custom field has stopped working.

No matter what image or file sent by the user on whatsapp, our manychat bot does not show it. The problem started about 2-3 hours ago. We do no longer see images sent by users and it has broken our flow. Anyone facing this too?
