Dear ManyChat Support Team,

I am currently experiencing an issue with the Facebook Ad Comment Auto-Reply feature in ManyChat.

Normally, when setting up the auto-reply for a Facebook ad, the system allows me to choose Partner App β†’ ManyChat β†’ select specific flow. However, now the button no longer functions properly β€” instead of showing the standard ManyChat selection interface, it only displays a JSON code block.

This means the auto-reply function cannot be linked to any ManyChat flow, which has disrupted our ad automation process.

I have already tried reauthorizing the Facebook page and ManyChat connection, but the issue still persists. Could you please help check and advise how to fix this as soon as possible?

I had the same issue time to times, but after clear the cache and cookies, it works properly.

Have you tried that?
