Hi everyone, I really need help with my Manychat Pro subscription. I’m a tech influencer with 792K+ followers on Instagram, and my March bill was $42.

The problem is — my card's auto-pay limit was set to $39, so the payment got declined. I quickly updated my card limit, but now I’m stuck. Whenever I try to renew the subscription, it only tries to charge me $15 (as if I’m a new Pro user), and then it shows an error: "Something went wrong."

I can’t find a way to pay the original $42, and I’m not getting any response from support. The only available option is "Renew Subscription," which doesn’t fix the issue.

Has anyone faced this or know how to solve it?

If the issue persists after that, you have to wait for the support response.
