Urgent Help Needed: Subscription Payment Issue

Hi,

I intended to subscribe to the $17 monthly plan, but I was mistakenly charged $384 for the yearly plan instead.

This was unintentional, and I have not used the service after the payment. I canceled the subscription immediately after noticing the issue.

I kindly request a full refund for this charge and confirmation that my subscription has been canceled.
