I need urgent help! A customer’s WhatsApp Business account was blocked after attempting to integrate with Manychat. Despite submitting a support ticket to Manychat over a week ago, responses have been delayed, and the issue remains unresolved. This has left the customer unable to handle any WhatsApp requests, causing a significant impact on their business.
I’m struggling to get proper attention from both Manychat and WhatsApp. Does anyone know how to escalate a support request with Manychat or have any suggestions to help unblock the account quickly?
Any mitigation plan would also be greatly appreciated. We attempted to install regular WhatsApp (non-business), but that too was blocked. Meta flagged the account due to suspected integration activities that violate their policies.
