My meta account has been suspended which was the account that i used to log in into manychat.
And now i just cant reconnect my INSTAGRAM on this new manychat account, i alredy:
-submitted an ticket (#546637)
-sent a video for proof im the instagram owner
and still got NO AWNSER. And this is very urgent, so please can someone help me deal with this or an manychat staff can redirect my ticket for a human?

Meta account suspensions are not managed by Manychat, so in your case, you’ll need to submit an appeal directly to Meta.

Regarding your inability to log in to Manychat, your ticket will be reviewed by the Manychat Support team as soon as possible.
Im not asking you to review and enable my meta account. I just want MY instagram disconected from this other manychat account so i can connect in a new one.
