Urgent: Locked out of my original ManyChat account – “Access denied” error

Hi everyone,

This is extremely urgent.

I’m locked out of my original ManyChat account and cannot access my workspace. Every time I try to log in, I get this error:

My original account email is:
lelosmundim@gmail.com

I already submitted a support ticket and the ownership recovery form, but I need this resolved as soon as possible because it is directly affecting my work and operations.

I’m using Google sign-in for the original account.

Has anyone experienced this before or knows if there is any way to speed up the recovery or verification process?
