🚨 URGENT - Need ManyChat Staff Help ASAP 🚨

I've been trying to connect a client's Instagram account to a new ManyChat workspace since Friday and I'm completely stuck. I'm a paid subscriber and have an open support ticket (#476467) but need this resolved TODAY.

The situation:
My client's Instagram account is stuck connected to an old/inaccessible ManyChat workspace. Every time I try to connect it I get the error "[Business Name] already connected to [Business Name]."

What I've already done:
✅ Confirmed full admin access to the Facebook Page and Meta Business Suite
✅ Removed ManyChat from Connected Apps in Meta multiple times
✅ Created a new ManyChat workspace and attempted to reconnect
✅ Provided all proof of ownership to support
✅ Upgraded to a paid plan

ManyChat support confirmed this needs to be manually disconnected on their end but I cannot get through to a human agent via chat.

Has anyone dealt with this before? And is there any ManyChat staff here who can help escalate ticket #476467?

Unfortunately this is a known issue with ManyChat. The Instagram account stays locked to the old workspace on their end and only ManyChat staff can manually disconnect it. Try emailing support@manychat.com directly with your ticket number instead of using the chat widget. Sometimes that gets routed to a real person faster. You can also try revoking ManyChat's access from within Instagram directly: Settings > Website Permissions > Apps and Websites > remove ManyChat, then wait 24 hours before trying to reconnect.
