Urgent: No Response from Support – Locked Out of ManyChat Account

Marcos Mollá

Hi everyone,

I’m dealing with a critical issue and I’m honestly quite frustrated at this point.

I’ve lost access to the Facebook account I originally used to log into ManyChat, which means I can no longer access my ManyChat account or manage my automations connected to my Instagram

I’ve already tried reaching out to support multiple times, but I haven’t received any response from a real person, and I feel completely stuck.

This is directly affecting my business, as I rely on ManyChat for automated messaging and customer communication, and right now I have no way to manage it.

What I need:

  • Help recovering access to my ManyChat account, OR
  • Transfer ownership to a new account

Has anyone here been in a similar situation?
Is there any way to escalate this or get in touch with actual support?

I would really appreciate any help or guidance.

Thank you

Hi @Marcos Mollá I understand how frustrating it is! I only see one support ticket submitted from your side and it got solved right on the same day - April 16.

Glad you got it solved and hope all your automations are now up and running smoothly!

Hey, @Marcos Mollá

As a community moderator, I don’t have access to your account’s information to be able to help you. To transfer ownership and/or recovering your old account it is possible, but to do that, you need to talk to support.

You mentioned that you tried reaching out to support multiple times but without any feedback from them, and that’s very uncommon 😕

Here is the link to open a ticket to support: https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/requests/new
