Hi ManyChat Support,
Our TikTok account @kmd_education is currently connected to an unknown ManyChat workspace.
We have revoked all app permissions inside TikTok, removed login devices, and attempted all available connection options in ManyChat, but the platform still says the TikTok account is already connected elsewhere.
We cannot identify the workspace or user who originally connected it.
Could you please manually force-disconnect our TikTok account @kmd_education from any ManyChat workspace so we can connect it to our current workspace?
Here is proof that we own the TikTok account.
