[Urgent] Whatsapp automations not working

Hello 

 

Was on vacation for 2 weeks. Came back and purchased a new phone. Transferred whatsapp over and setup a new automation for customers to text a keyword > send message back > add tag 

 

A few contacts sent the keyword and it didn't fire so I followed the usual suspects in troubleshooting. Then I realized all of my automations are not working in whatsapp. I tried reconnecting and all kinds of stuff but I can't figure it out. 

 

These are automations that have been working fine for almost the entire year. 

Please help!

 

I am using WA business.

Please check whether the contact automation has been paused for those contacts.

All of that has already been checked. I even created a new simple automation to test. Nothing is working 

 

Support ticket has been of no help at the moment. My entire business relies on these automations and they have been down for over a week now. 

 

Really frustrated

Did you check your WhatsApp number status on your business suite account? Does it say “active”?

Are you using the coexistence “feature”?

I was able to fix it by disconnection my whatsapp channel and waiting a few hours and re-connecting it via the "coexistence" beta 

 

What happened was 7-10 days ago Manychat decided to launch "co existence" , although I had ONLY used "co existince" from 8 months now. Now they launched it as an official feature in beta, but didn't tell their customers issues might occur with people who are already using it. 

 

This caused my business to miss over 100 leads in 1 week without any explanation. 

Now I disconnected it, and to reconnect it , it shows new pricing options. 

So it all makes sense now . The least they could've done is give their existing paying clients a heads up issues might occur, or that they're launching something....
