Use Manychat for my customers

Question

Hello,

I am new to Manychat. I have been working in marketing for several years and would like to start my own business helping small businesses automate their tools, including Instagram.

Is it possible to have a kind of professional account so that I can access several client accounts that they themselves could also access, but without having to share login details?

The aim would be to support them in using Manychat, creating sequences and automations for them, but allowing them to retain control over these in the future.

Is this feasible? Which plan should I choose?

OhPS: it's important to say that every account needs its own PRO subscription. Manychat does not offer any kind of “Agency Subscription”. 😉Thanks for your answer! Or the fact I’m invited to use the account is enough ?Thanks !No, you can keep your own account on the Free Plan. 😉If your client subscribes to PRO, he will have all PRO features. It doesn't matter on wich plan you are.

Hi, ​@Zed.Julien.A!Yes! You can do that even if you have a Free account.Simply invite new team members for the account. They will need to create a Manychat account for themselves but will have access to the “shared” account.And you will be able to manage every account you create or the ones you've got invited by clicking on the account avatar:PS: it's important to say that every account needs its own PRO subscription.
