Use the tags after 24h

Hi ​@andrea gatto , Great question. Unfortunately, Instagram's 24-hour messaging window is a Meta policy — ManyChat can't bypass it, so you won't be able to send a broadcast DM to those contacts directly on IG.

The workaround that actually works:

During your keyword flow, make sure you're collecting their email and/or phone number. Once you have that data, you have two solid options for your product launch:

• Email campaign — use a tool like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, or even ManyChat's email channel
• WhatsApp broadcast — if you have their phone numbers, you can reach them via WhatsApp Marketing Messages (outside the 24h restriction)

 tip: If your launch is in a few days and you haven't collected that data yet, set up the capture step now in your keyword flow so every new subscriber gives you an alternate contact point before launch day.
