Using ManyChat on my FB/IG ads doubles my expenses

Hello! Normally, I use only one ad for Fb and IG. Since connecting many chat I have to create two separate ads: one for FB and another for IG. This is because Manychat doesn’t connect to both platforms in the same way. This is a huge issue as it doubles my business expenses. Advice on how to mitigate this or get around it? Anyone else figure out a solution around this problem?

Hi, @JordoneMassey!

There's no “solution” for this scenario if you're using the Ads Triggers.

Only way would be creating Ads with message objectives and turn the default message you set up as keywords to trigger your automations. But that demands that the user doesn't changes or deletes the default message (and also sends it)… not my favorite alternative.

I would manage that differently withing Ads Manager… create separated campaigns, Adsets, etc. And manually checking it, disabling low performance Ads, managing CBO/ABO budgets and so on.

Sure, lots of work, but that also has potential to enhance your conversion rate for your campaigns.

Anyway… “working with the internet” isn't so easy and workless as some people say. 🫠

Hope it helps!
