Hey @BillCabinSpa I’d start with 2 strategies:
#1: Ads
Run meta ads that start a conversation! In this conversation, you can answer questions, offer benefits, and nurture the lead until they’re ready to book with you!
#2: Welcome Bot
Here’s the idea: people check-in, and you tell them ‘Scan this QR to learn all you can do here’. Once they scan, you start a conversation with them, and let them know about what to do nearby, any events, how to use the amenities, etc.
The cool thing is that these people are confirmed guests. So you can use this to create an audience in Meta and optimize your ads, you can offer them a ‘book again with a discount’ option, and so much more!
We work with a property management team (they manage over 100 properties) in Spain and we’re doing strategy #2 to get people to re-book directly instead of booking through AirBNB or Booking.
