In ManyChat, tags are often used to track user behavior and prevent users from re-entering the same automation flow multiple times (for example, avoiding sending the same onboarding sequence to someone who has already completed it).

What are the advantages and disadvantages of using tags as a control mechanism to prevent automation from triggering again for users who have already interacted with a flow?  Are there better alternatives or complementary strategies (such as custom fields, conditions, or event tracking) that can provide more reliable or scalable control?
