I have tried to use the utility message but every message that I put is rejected. From looking on META, it looks like you have to follow a certain format to get accepted but it is not clear, how to get these messages on Manychat. Any help appreciated on what to do. I am trying to reach contacts outside of the 48 hour period. Thanks

I am getting this same issue. Seemingly whatever i put in the template is declined after 5 seconds. Is this a bug? or is Meta’s AI determining that the message is not compliant that quickly?
Is there any information/framework for what would be approved?
PS: but as I commented before, in the last couple of weeks, even if I created Utility templates following 100% of the guidelines, it still got reclassified as Marketing and I had to send it to analyze through the WhatsApp Business Account (https://business.facebook.com/latest/whatsapp_manager/message_templates)
Meta is very restricted with the approval of Utility Message Templates. in the last couple of weeks, almost 100% os all my templates are being categorized as Marketing Templates. And, for most of these cases, if I go to the WABA (WhatsApp Business Account) in the Business Manager there’s a message informing that the Message Templates were classified to Marketing or rejected with a link to select a new analysis. This has a huge chance to approve your template as Utility in a couple of days (if the content is really something related to a Utility Message).

Only issue i am facing now is access to utility messages across all my pages. Of my 10 pages, there is only access to utility messages on 3. All my pages are very similar so there is no reason it should be enabled on some and not others… is it possible for manychat to roll out this across all my pages ASAP?

I am talking about ‘utility message templates’ for messenger. I still do not have this fuctionailty on most of my accounts.
@Lee1989 I have a ticket open with support but thats been very slow. Yesterday they confirmed it was active on an account i already new it was active on, but they asked me to send a list of the other accounts i need it activatied on. Its been over 24 hours without a response, or utulity message templates being enabled on any of these accounts yet, but i am hopeful it will be soon
