Hi guys,
I just wanted to set up a new automation to welcome new followers. I have updated permissions and want to create the first message but can’t use the variables. Specifically I would find it very useful to greet them by first name.
Anyone experiencing the same problem or have a solution for it?

Click on “go live” and then on the 3 dots.

In the top right corner, there is a button called “Switch to flow builder”. Clicking there, you have the possibility to personalize your message.
Note: I don’t have access to this feature yet, but in other types of automation, it works like this. Just give it a try and let me know if this works 🙂

Anyone else have an idea or is it not possible to greet new followers by their first name?
