Does the visitor counts as a contact and should i delete it at the end of the month to get more space for contacts for next month?

hi @Zoey as far as I know, a visitor and a subscriber are actually different things in ManyChat.

A visitor is a special contact state created when someone interacts with a Facebook Comments Trigger. You can only re-engage them through that same channel (comments reply), and if they don't opt in further, you wont be able to contact them.

A subscriber is someone who has explicitly opted in to receive messages from your account, so you can reach them via DM.

So to directly answer your question: a visitor does count as a contact (they interacted with your account), but they're in a more limited state than a subscriber — with fewer re-engagement options and a shorter lifespan.

Hope this helps!

Hi @Zoey right now you only pay for Active Contacts, so you wont decrease your billing by deleting any contact or visitor.  You can check Manychat pricing info in details in here: https://manychat.com/pricing#comparison-table

Hope this helps to understand the billing.

Cheers!
