We are on Pro plan (currently on trial end in 9 days), and inside whatsapp channel, we are getting this message:-

“Wallet funds are required for sending WhatsApp messages. We recommend enabling Auto-Refill”,, as follow:-

so what this message is trying to say? do we need to pay additional fees beside the subscription to be able to send messages?

Can anyone advice please?

Hi @sota please remember that WhatsApp (no Manychat) charges you for every marketing message (any message you send outside 24 hrs.) You can check the fees in here: https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/14281380243740-WhatsApp-pricing-guide
