Hello everyone, I need some help!

I’m trying to access the Website channel inside ManyChat to add a widget to my site, but the URL https://manychat.com/channels/website returns a 404 error. I also noticed that under my account settings, the Website channel doesn’t appear as an available option.

Is this feature no longer supported?
Or is it available only for the workspace owner or certain plans?

Any help or guidance would be greatly appreciated. Thank you! 🙏

​@Douglas Ferreira not sure where you got that URL from, first time I see it.

But yes, the messenger-specific website widgets have been discontinued.

The only option nowadays is with Ref URL Triggers
