Welcome message not available in my IG account? How to fix it?

The following message appears when I try to set up the welcome message to new followers. I contacted Meta, they checked everything and there is no restriction from their side. Anyone else has experienced this? How to fix it? Thanks!

    Hola ​@adriasonet , al parecer algunas cuentas están presentando restricciones por parte de Meta, esto no tiene que ver con Manychat ni es algo que ellos puedan solucionar. En teoría esta es una nueva funcionalidad y esta en fase beta, por tanto puede que se estén presentado errores o bloqueos.

    Sin embargo, podrías intentar contactar directamente al equipo de Meta desde su chat en el business manager, a ver si te dan alguna guia o respuesta.
