What am I doing wrong?
When I tested this, why is is repeating the title of the buttons?

Hi,
This happens with all Meta Channels. If you use a Quick Reply or a Button connected to another message block, it acts as if the user/contact is sending the buttons text to you.
That's not a Manychat “configuration".
