Hey guys, my business rely solely on WhatsApp conversation to convert sales, so for this update, what changes will Manychat have and what i need to do to get myself prepared for this update

I'm also super interested in this new approach from Meta with WhatsApp… so far it seems that it will work very similar to how it works with Instagram.
In a nutshell:
- You will still be able to broadcast to any list of contacts if you already have the phone numbers (WhatsApp ID)
- If a new contact star a conversation with your account, you won't get the phone number, but a BSUID with your account will be created and you will be able to communicate with them withing the 24h window and send Message Templates after that. But you won't be able to share the contact with other business or WhatsApp Business Account.
- You still can ask the contact to share his phone number to get this info.
Also, this isn't exclusive to Manychat… any tool that uses the WhatsApp Business Cloud API will have to adapt to it.
