This isn’t so much of a question as it is an official complaint.  I understand ManyChat had to change a few things to comply with platform rules like having to send an intro message before sending the link in DM’s, etc.  But today, I launched a product and was devastated by the absolute failure this site.  

I refreshed my permissions when I saw new features to ensure efficiency.  But the toggles didn’t work so I couldn’t select “Reply to DM’s” despite refreshing a million times.  There were so many glitches, and the format is completely different.  By the time I finally got an automation up and running, I tested it on a separate account and the link didn’t work.  I canceled the automation, refreshed permissions, and redid everything only for the automation to not work at all.  

I have had multiple issues with ManyChat and now I am officially saying goodbye after today.  StanStore has a reply to DM automation that I will explore.  I just need something super simple that WORKS.

First of all, I want to sincerely apologize for the experience you had - especially on such an important day for your business. I completely understand how frustrating this must’ve been, and I’m genuinely sorry for the disruption and stress it caused during your launch.

From what you've described, it sounds like you ran into several issues - technical glitches, changes in the interface, and problems with link delivery through your automation. 

Unfortunately, without the ability to replicate the issue, it’s hard for us to fully understand the scope of what happened. If you're open to it, we’d love to investigate this further and make it right. Would you be willing to submit a quick ticket through our Support form? This will allow us to collect the needed details and dig in deeper with our technical team.

Again, I’m so sorry this happened - especially during such a crucial moment for your business. If you do reconsider, we would be more than happy to walk through things with you step by step.
