I’d go with Manychat Marketing Pro plan. This plan includes these three important things:
- 3 seats available (the account owner is automatically one of them);
- unlimited contacts (price may change based on the contacts’ quantity - check this link to calculate how much your client will pay: https://manychat.com/pricing). Also, between 2,000 and 2,500 contacts, your client will pay $25/month.
- Live chat available. To use this feature, your client needs to pay attention to the 7-days window for Facebook Messenger. This means that, your client could use Manychat live chat to talk to their clients during 7 days after the last user’s response. Check all the info here: https://help.manychat.com/hc/en-us/articles/14281199732892-How-to-send-messages-outside-the-24-hour-and-7-day-windows-in-Messenger-and-Instagram
However, you can’t use Manychat to comment on posts and reels manually. For that, your client has to do it through Facebook app/website.
If your client needs to use the catalog feature and/or team management, they need to pick Inbox Pro plan, because these features are not included on Manychat Marketing Pro plan.

None of them. At the moment, with Manychat you can respond to comments in DM (using automations), but you’re unable to view, reply (manually) or delete them using Manychat, regardless of the Manychat product.

Now, about your question, it depends on what channel you’re referring to. On Instagram, you can’t send any videos from the live chat, just using automations. But on the other channels, like Telegram, FB Messenger and WhatsApp, you’ll be able to do it.

What if I manually want to send 1 video to 1 person in live agent chat. For example I record a video on my phone with a message for just one person. Can the manychat mobile app allow me to send a personalized video manually to just 1 person in the live chat?
