I have been using Manychat on trial for the past 2 weeks alone and it hasn’t really been a problem up until yesterday when I added another team member as an admin and he started texting other people from the platform, We got a message that we have a restriction and it keeps logging us out. Is Manychat the reason and if yes - how can we fix that?
If you have people from different countries/IP Addresses accessing the same Instagram account you’ll likely have issues and get constantly logged out.
Manychat should not affect this at all if you add the person to Manychat only (without sharing the user/password). You can do that by going to Settings > Team Members and ‘Add New Member’.
That way each team member logs into Manychat with their own personal FB account, and you avoid having issues with Meta/Instagram.
