Will someone help me understand the point of paying for all of my contacts if I can’t contact them? Since they got rid of paid messages, I can’t message my 26k people in FB Messenger.

I can feel your pain... 😥
Meta discontinued the possibility to send paid messages via FB Messenger. The only way to do something similar is using Messenger DM List, but this means all you contacts must subscribe to it.
In other words... Maybe the best thing is deleting all the existing old contacts and start from scratch.
This will also reduce the monthly feed according to the remaining number of contacts you keep in Manychat.
Before that, you can also create an automation to create a back-up to some database and still keep some info you've collected till now.

This does help a lot! I was about to delete 24k subs but wanted to make sure I wasn’t doing something I shouldn’t. Thank you very much for responding!
