I would like to subscribe for our company, as we want to use it for our posts, but we manage two Instagram accounts.
The pricing isn’t very clear. I already have another bot that sends welcome DMs every day, and each message counts as a contact. In the same month, I can reach over 3,000 new accounts.
How can I manage this? I don’t want to take a subscription and end up paying around $70 in three months just because of my welcome messages.

You will be paying around $45/month for 3,000 contacts.
But you can create an automation to send the contact’s info to other tool like Google Sheets or your CRM, and then delete the contact from Manychat. This way you can control your monthly subscription.

For example, if I send a Welcome DM to over 1,500 contacts using my other tool (Boostfluence), can I delete these contacts in ManyChat so I won’t have to pay for them?
