what this happen in first time that the contact answers me? There are two bottom but they do not appear.

Please make sure the conversation is not closed — that could be the issue. You might also try filtering your inbox to show conversations from all team members, including both open and closed messages. That way, it may appear.



It’s important to define the live chat behavior in your flows — whether it's the default message flow or a specific one — such as whether the conversation will be assigned to a team member and if it should open immediately or not.
