Problem description:
I connected my WhatsApp Business account to ManyChat.
After disconnecting the account from ManyChat, I can no longer use WhatsApp:

  • I cannot access either the Business or the standard version.

  • I already tried uninstalling and reinstalling the app and verifying via SMS/phone call.

  • Every time I try to log in, I get the message: “WhatsApp is currently unavailable. Please try again in 1 hour.”

Question:
What should I do to reactivate my WhatsApp account and be able to use it normally (even without ManyChat)?

After removing the WhatsApp integration from Manychat, you need to remove your phone number from your Business Manager.
