Hi, we have a problem with our account becouse the “account status” in our Whatsapp page on manychat panel is still “Pending” after about 2 weeks.
On Meta, our Business account is under restriction but the only thing that we do was to do the onboarding of a new number from manychat.
How can we manage to resolve this problem and finally start to use our number?

If your Business account is under restriction, your best option is to contact Meta support team to help you with this situation.

I’ve already contact meta, and they says that in about 48h they gave us a response about our request...I don’t know how many 48h they need, becouse I wrote them 4 days ago 😅

This is something on Meta’s side… Take a look at your Business/ WhatsApp Manager and check if there’s some extra information about your account (https://business.facebook.com/latest/whatsapp_manager/phone_numbers)
Also make sure your business is verified. This is not always mandatory, but highly recommended (and sometimes necessary).
