I’m facing an issue where the pre-filled message from my WhatsApp ads is not being properly detected by ManyChat.
When a user clicks the ad and sends the default pre-filled message, the message is delivered normally to WhatsApp. However:

ManyChat does not recognize it as an ad opt-in

The Ad ID is not detected

The trigger based on Ad ID does not fire

The contact appears as unattributed
Because of this, I cannot trigger flows based on the ad and have to rely on generic triggers.
Has anyone experienced this issue with WhatsApp ad attribution and pre-filled messages not being recognized?
