Hi,

I’ve setup a WhatsApp automation with a keyword trigger using a number provided by ManyChat. The conversation is not triggered at all.

All has been verified via Meta and all labels are green as in verified and active.

Really stuck on this and not sure what’s missing. Flow and trigger is basic and active.

Any ideas?

Everything is correctly set up on WhatsApp Manager? Can you do a double check?

If everything is correctly set, you’ll need to contact the Manychat support team for them to analyze it.
